Privacy

Many display applications are viewed for personal reasons. The most common example is the ATM
Blur filters obscure the image when viewed from the side. Privacy, Louver or Shutter filters blacken the image when viewed off-center. Each can be applied directly to an LCD, a protective substrate or a touch sensor.
